Principal/ Chief Executive Officer
Rafael O. Villa, a principle with FHIR, prior to forming FHIR with partner and COO Ana M. Fajardo, Rafael was president of the hospitality division for Terremark world wide, he opened managed and owned Fortune House Hotel, where FHIR was born. Rafael was general manager for several of the most prestige and famous hotels in the nation, his hospitality and operations back ground supported him to create the infrastructure for what today FHIR is.
Rafael has worked for several leading developers in south Florida in projects from the ground up, and now he heads the global international development for the company, from acquiring new developments, to strategizing to selling exclusively world wide.
Rafael O. Villa, Ana M. Fajardo and their associates launched Fortune House International Realty in 2000. Ever sense the opening of FHIR the company has become the leading International Company with records of International Listings toping over 2 Billion dollars, and pre-construction sales of over $300,000.000 million per year. |

Ana M. Fajardo
Principal/ Chief Operations Officer
Ana M. Fajardo is the Chief Operations Officer and Broker for FHIR. Ms. Fajardo was the V.P. of sales and marketing for several of the Fortune 500 companies in such divisions as ATT, and exceeded top sales for over 20 years in companies such as Pfizer, Johnson and Johnson to name a few. Ms Fajardo has been a licensed Real State Broker for over eight years, and holds a Marketing and Business Administration degree from the University of Sam Houston State.
